As our new Lean Leader, you will lead the site’s Kaizen funnel, daily management system, coach colleagues and work on improving for a better tomorrow. You will lead and manage projects that positively impact operations. You will be a key staff member of the site operations team, this role exercises a high level of operational judgment, and sets team priorities in alignment with the strategic imperatives of the manufacturing site. • Provide overall Lean leadership and simplification to specific value streams
• Responsible for partnering with site leaders to define the key value streams that will have the greatest impact on the business and the customer
• Teach, train, coach and mentor Lean Manufacturing Leaders in the use of Lean tools and the simplification methodology
• Improve customer satisfaction and reduce cycle-time on specific site processes
• Conduct regular value stream reviews with assigned Lean Manufacturing Leaders to assure the team drives significant and measurable business impact
• Communicate progress, status and issues to the site leaders and global stakeholders
• Seek, share and institutionalize best practices
