DESCRIPTION
Position Details: Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a full-time three-year position of Visiting Instructor and Clinical Coordinator in the Department of Nursing to begin August 15, 2024. Reappointment after the first year is contingent upon favorable evaluation and the continuing needs of the College. The regular assignment for this position is 4 course equivalents (0.57 FTE) dedicated to clinical coordination, however the successful candidate my teach up to 3 additional course equivalents (in the form of clinical supervision or lecture courses), depending on the interest and qualifications of the successful candidate and the needs of the College.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the clinical placement process, including organizing and evaluating clinical sites and supervising and supporting clinical faculty, preceptors, and students. The regular appointment term is 10 months (the 9-month academic year August 15 through May 14, plus the equivalent of one month over the summer term of May 15 to August 14).
