JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating visually appealing retail environments to strengthen our SynQ Workwear brand in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Listening to and processing requests from distributors regarding store visualizations and SIS systems, as well as installing these visualizations at distributors.
• Coordinating and executing in-store promotional activities, such as displays, demonstrations, and sampling.
• Training distributors on product features, branding guidelines, and sales strategies.
• Managing inventory levels at various distributors and replenishing in a timely manner.
• Developing strategies, in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Marketing team, and Product Development, to optimize the presentation of our SynQ Workwear brand at our distributors, drive sales, and strengthen brand identity.
• Providing all-around support for trade shows and events.
