Paid Merchandising Internship - 1 year contract

We’re looking for a motivated Merchandising & In-Store activation Intern to join the Canadian team. Whether you’re a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful “hands on” work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Group Visual Merchandising Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic brands.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree - Administration /Business/Marketing
MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
Required: French and English language skills

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be exposed to wide range of merchandising & in-store marketing activities and cross-functional teams. You will primarily be responsible for:
Managing P.O. creation and tracking for in-store execution
Creating and approving seasonal merchandising tools
Requesting seasonal wall, kit and fixtures codes by Brand
Collaborating with internal teams and various agencies in order to develop in-store/online creative materials, such as flyers, and digital ads
Managing execution of retailer programs & events, such as buying shows
Managing product sample orders and inventory
Supporting cross-functional teams with merchandising and marketing requests
