Description:
VISUAL MERCHANDISING - PRINTCreate value at TC TranscontinentalAt TC Transcontinental, we’ve got it made, and that’s because of the expertise of our team. The Visual Merchandiser will provide on-site client support and will work closely with Store Signage Marketing Managers to support and execute on store programs, including seasonal marketing programs and long-term store redesign programs. This role is responsible for delivering signing programs through excellent cross-functional partnership, strong project management and flawless execution, including management of third-party vendors and partnering with stores for efficient in-market execution.The role is in Mississauga, Ontario, and will be in hybrid mode. - Support the planning and execution of signage programs for stores, including printing, warehousing, distribution and installation. Develop innovative signage & fixture solutions aligned with corporate initiatives from all depts. (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, People, Vendor Management & Vendors).
- End to end project management of signage print production schedules include quoting, proofing and approvals. Identify risks and issues and problem solve, including special projects for stores and for internal purposes.
- Accountable for the sourcing and procurement of signage with approved vendors. Manage the signage inventory associated with projects consistent with the operational policy set by the procurement & distribution manager.
- Manage the development of creative with the in-house graphic design, production and marketing communications teams, along with vendors and agency partners, and develop and execute store communication for each program.
- Support format development projects, including:
- Home Office / DCs projects, working with internal team to understand requirements, work with TC for proposals and then work through execution
- Licensee projects - Interior signage drawing approvals, coordination with licensee team, DCM PM, Licensee and TC
- Store department reinvention programs - work with internal team to understand requirements, work with TC for proposals and then work through execution
- Support Store innovation programs, including Optima - Coordinate with OMNI and TC
- Resets / OMNI Mini Relays (nothing really planned for next year, just completion) - Working cross functionally to have drawings developed, work with TC and MPM for site conditions and installs
- Develop and execute store communications through signing letters and videos. Conduct reviews with customers and operations to continuously improve programs.
- Support innovation projects and one-off store requests with custom signage and execution.
- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario, the Workplace Safety Insurance Act and all other applicable legislated environmental, health & safety regulations
