About the job

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Implementation of the Global Visual merchandising strategy through providing locally adapted guidelines to SR stores & IR POP’s.
  • Liaise with Marketing & Merchandising departments to obtain relevant information to compile and create VM guidelines considering all UK and ROI retail formats to ensure a smooth implementation by the VM Specialist & Retail team.
  • Manage development of accurate, timely and user friendly VM guidelines for all distribution channels and retail formats included store opening, pop up or window takeovers.
  • To support District Manager & Management team in communicating and launching company initiatives across the network.
  • Provides a layout plan and guideline per showcase/vitrine for New store/POP openings based on the SKU allocation from merchandising in collaboration with the relevant District Manage
  • Communicates clear and concise information to the Retail & Management team on a regular basis discussing ideas and proposing suggestions when needed.
  • Create and develop future store layouts with Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams in line with our global guidelines.
  • Work closely with local partner and suppliers in order to develop the relevant tools locally when needed
  • Assist as needed with special projects including overnight shifts (store events, visual setups, project proposals)
  • Responsibility for any special project budget spend as agreed with Head of Marketing.

About you

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a fast paced and luxury fashion retail environment.
  • Agile and commercially driven mindset with ability to plan effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Confident at communicating at all levels within the business.
  • Lots of energy and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, Sketchup and Photoshop are pluses
  • Team player
  • Strong organisational skills
