Description:

TIENS is a multinational company currently operating in over 20 markets in its European region. Committed to excellence, we are expanding our team and currently have an exciting opportunity for a VM Social Platform Operations Manager to join us.

Tasks

  • Overseeing the comprehensive operational strategy formulation for V-moment, a social product promoting healthy living within the local market. Accountable for the retention, activity, and revenue outcomes associated with the operation.
  • Aligning with the APP’s tonality and product positioning, managing the operation and maintenance of the brand across various overseas social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Tasks encompass content and event planning, operational functions, fan promotion, and activation. Successfully expanding the social fan base, enhancing fan engagement, and demonstrating proficiency in autonomously creating content and devising strategic activities.
  • Taking on the independent responsibility for marketing efforts related to social apps, consistently innovating customer acquisition models and strategies. Ensuring the continuous growth of user scale and ROI.
  • Directly involved in building and optimizing the user system, content ecosystem, and operational strategy, with a focus on driving overall Daily Active Users (DAU) for the business.
  • Demonstrating a profound understanding of the content ecology within the realm of social products. Possessing a keen insight into user needs within the social industry, employing a mature methodology, and devising strategies for generating active content.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with production and research teams, facilitating cross-departmental communication and cooperation. Actively promoting project implementation and assuming responsibility for project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree or higher, along with over 5 years of seasoned operational expertise.
  • Demonstrates a keen sensitivity to data, adept at identifying issues through data analysis, and offering insightful improvement recommendations. Possesses clear and logical thinking.
  • Exhibits robust communication skills and exceptional execution abilities, capable of proactively driving interdepartmental collaboration and implementation of initiatives.
  • Preferred background includes experience in overseeing operations for large-scale health, pan-entertainment, live streaming, social, AI, or similar products.
  • Proficient in Chinese language, additional fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
