As a Voice Network Architect, you will define, design, maintain, and extend functional network and infrastructure architecture for Worldpay’s networks, tooling, automation, and public cloud connectivity. Understand the business requirements for voice/digital channels that support contact center and back-office functionalities and translate them into functional designs.

• Create and maintain documents and diagrams on cloud architecture, policies, standards, and patterns.
• Provide technical vision and direction to enable engineering teams to implement effective cloud security tools and technology solutions.
• Document and publish appropriate architecture principles and standards, position papers, blueprints, best practices, patterns, and frameworks.
• Define, construct, support and provide training for enterprise frameworks.
• Define and maintain a library of functional component models within and across Worldpay product lines.
• Define voice network architecture roadmap with an eye to future trends, technologies, and automation.
• Maintain and train Engineering and Operations teams on catalog of predefined solutions available for new projects.
• Review functional and technical designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements.
• Communicate voice network architecture to technical and business audiences.
• Other related duties assigned as needed
