Description:

Do you want to volunteer and do something for others? Helping volunteers and citizens to the right places? Come into a lively office with great colleagues? Then we would really like to hear from you.
We need volunteers for TeamService, who help out at our reception, among other things.
The reception is staffed by an employee who, together with a handful of volunteers, ensures that the phones and e-mails are answered and guests received. We strive to always meet guests and callers with openness and friendliness; we are service minded and want to help in a competent and professional manner.
Do you have a bit of a service gene, and do you perhaps have experience from previous jobs that you can use in the reception job? You will become part of a team of skilled and lovely volunteers who take turns helping at the reception. Together with our permanent receptionist, your tasks will be the following:
Receive guests at the reception with kindness and a smile
Answer and forward phone calls in a calm and patient voice
Answer telephone inquiries, which can be resolved with knowledge at the reception desk, which is usually found on our Intranet or website.
Answer e-mails from the reception e-mail address.
Carry out practical tasks such as ordering goods, putting goods in place, copying, sorting mail, cleaning up and wiping tables in the kitchen and canteen as well as other ad hoc tasks.
If this sounds like something for you - contact us by email or phone. Then we can meet for an interview, where you can hear more about us and we can get to know you better.
What do we expect of you?
The most important thing is that you are service minded and thrive in a busy atmosphere. You must be able to speak and understand Danish, and you must also be able to speak and understand English, as we have quite a few English-speaking inquiries. We expect you to have basic IT skills and courage to learn and use our (easy) switching system and intranet.
Where and when should you help?
The reception needs you for 4 – 6 hours on a fixed day a week. We are currently looking for volunteers who can come either Monday or Tuesday.
Does that sound like something for you?
