  • Simplify and help package up our services to make us easier to buy e.g. requirements analysis, solution architecture, proposal development, cost optimisation and right-shoring.
  • Bring our offer and capabilities to life for different partners through storytelling to demonstrate the value and influence of analytics. This includes having a voice on the right profile and casting needed to pitch and run follow-up sessions.
  • Remove solution barriers to closing deals e.g. cost optimisation, commercial innovation, stakeholder engagement.
  • Align and work with all partners to finalise scopes of work and mobilise the necessary teams including the drafting up of SoWs and defining the service orchestration and programme set-up.
