ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Providing executive leadership to all aspects of service delivery in the portfolios of human resources and employee wellness.
- Create, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with operational goals and best practices.
- Make informed decisions and take actions consistent with operational plans and legal requirements.
- Prioritize the wellbeing, health, and safety for employees in all decision-making processes.
- Develop and monitor annual operational plans to support the achievement of the overall organization’s strategic plans, and key performance indicators.
- Developing strategies to enhance human resources and Employee Wellness portfolio services.
- Developing strategies to attract, recruit, develop, engage and retain employees.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that supports equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation efforts.
