Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to hire a VP Commercial (salgs og markedsdirektør) to lead daily operations in sales, marketing, and agronomy for Yara Norway. In this role, you will manage a dedicated team of professionals, including key account managers, marketing experts, operations specialists, HESQ professionals, and agronomists. As part of the Nordic leadership team, you will have international colleagues and report directly to the SVP for BU Nordics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the Yara sales strategy for Norway with full responsibility for sales, volume development, market positioning and profitability.
  • Develop, execute and implement the commercial strategy focusing on farmers, nutrition use efficiency, while maintaining the relationships with distributors and value chain partners.
  • Represent Yara to authorities, customers, suppliers, media and other key stakeholders in the Norwegian agriculture and food community.
  • Foster regional and global synergies between markets.
  • Lead by example promoting organizational culture, values and reputation among our customers, suppliers, partners, employees, and the wider society.
  • Enhance company performance, ensure active use of people management processes in Yara as well as promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
