POSITION OVERVIEW

Calian iSecurity is seeking a dynamic Vice President (VP) of Delivery & Operations to be based in Toronto, Ontario. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Calian iSecurity, this pivotal role is instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive technical, project delivery, cybersecurity consulting, and business operations within the division. As the VP, you will manage security operations and platforms, including offshore technical management, ensuring seamless, efficient, and secure operations across all aspects of the iSecurity business.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity operations and platforms, including offshore technical resource management.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Cybersecurity Consulting and Operations Management: Direct consulting and business operations, emphasizing operational excellence, process optimization, and client satisfaction.
  • Security Operations Center (SOC) Oversight: Ensure robust security operations and platform management, deploying advanced cybersecurity measures and technologies.
  • Global Team Management: Manage and integrate offshore technical teams in South America and Asia, fostering a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and execution within the iSecurity business, aligning operational goals with divisional growth strategies and Calian’s corporate objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships.
