• Visionary Leadership: Guide the technology team with strategic foresight, inspiring innovation and excellence.
• Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing team, focusing on skill enhancement and alignment with Frontify’s mission.
• Tech Strategy and Architecture: Directly develop and implement a robust tech strategy that synergises with our business goals, ensuring architectural excellence and innovation
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Uphold exceptional standards in software development, guaranteeing efficient and reliable product delivery.
• Collaborative Efforts: Foster collaborative relationships with product management, design, and other departments for seamless product development.
• Tech Trends and Innovation Adoption: Stay ahead of tech trends, integrating cutting-edge innovations into Frontify’s technology landscape.
• Effective Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication across all organisational levels, aligning technology initiatives with company objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate technology strategy and progress to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, including regular reporting to the CEO.
