WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of operational finance principles, with experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and technical accounting.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior executives and influence strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
