THE OPPORTUNITY.

We are looking for an outstanding, hands-on, alliances marketing leader to help drive in-direct growth at one of the most exciting and fast-growing global decision intelligence technology companies. This role will be responsible for the alliances and channel marketing sub-function, working as part of a tight knit, award winning global marketing team. With a focus on partner enablement and building business growth through effective and innovative partner marketing strategy and programmes, we are seeking an outstanding team player with a flair for transformation to work across our partner ecosystem to create market distinction, drive brand awareness, marketing enablement and influence pipeline.

Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform is helping organizations in the public and private sectors to drive transformational change, solving major challenges across financial crime, risk, fraud, and data management.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for creating and implementing an effective and measurable global partner and channel marketing strategy aligned to Quantexa’s strategic, data and technology partner business goals, as well as oversight of demand generation and joint marketing programs.
  • Work with the alliances sales team to build global enablement marketing programs to drive growth and scale across Quantexa’s core industry ‘Ultimate’ partners aligned to business growth goals. This should include the continual evaluation of Quantexa’s partner program structure for scale, maintaining a clear matrix of partner expertise and solution suites.
  • Interlock and support field and pipeline marketing leadership to build and deliver regional alliance marketing programmes as part of an aligned plan that supports and drives pipeline creation and new customer acquisition.
  • Drive best practice sharing amongst partners, including Quantexa’s Partner Advisory Board, as well as guide them on innovative, agile marketing that will deliver mutual results.
  • Drive and support Quantexa’s MDF efforts within relevant partner programs and ensure necessary operational process.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, product management and customer success to drive interlocked cross functional collaboration as part of an integrated business strategy and annual marketing planning efforts.
  • Align relevant partner marketing activities through Quantexa’s global campaign structure to maximize and strengthen industry GTMs.
  • Orchestrate global partner marketing launch cycles across the marketing function from value proposition creation, product marketing enablement, through to last mile field marketing execution and partner campaigns.
  • Ensure joint partner value propositions align with strong messaging, positioning, effective content and better together assets across top of funnel.
  • Build a global channel marketing plan in support of Quantea’s PDP program including MDF, and co-op marketing plan commitments aligned to an annual to quarterly model.
  • Track and measure the impact of partner marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and continuous KPI tracking; collaborate with the alliances team to ensure necessary data capture and alignment with alliances sales goals; optimize resources against outcomes and budget.
  • Take a leadership role in helping Quantexa digitize the experience and journey for alliance partners including use of technology.
