As the Commercial Europe Vice President/General Manager (VP GM) at Revvity, you will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and serve a pivotal member of the Commercial management team, steering the entire Europe region towards strategic goals. This role involves overseeing commercial growth, expanding operating margins, and enhancing organizational capability. With direct P&L responsibility, you’ll play a crucial part in developing and executing customer strategies to drive growth and increase market share. Managing a team of over 300 colleagues across sales and service professionals, you’ll be working towards optimizing individual and team performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
