Responsibilities:
Agency Strategy
- Oversee and approve policies and agency services needed to find solutions to delivery pain points and drive positive changes for continuous service quality improvement.
- Lead innovative initiatives that would result to a world class Agency Administration team that helps achieve FWD’s vision.
- Collaborate with Agency Senior Leadership Team to deliver more efficient approach of routine agency processes.
- Drive the adoption of positive and disciplined control culture within the agency team.
Agency Recruitment
- Achieve strategic and cultural change initiatives to gear towards agency growth and scalability.
- Design innovative recruitment processes and systems and introduce enhancements where applicable.
- Work with the agency sales management team to align key performance metrics to support recruitment goals.
Agency Administration
- Oversee that effective management of the Agency Administration function through relevant and improved processes.
- Achieve stronger relationships among members of the department’s leaders, team members and stakeholders.
- Influence and sustain a high-performance culture and organizational mindset to effectively embed and communicate agency policies and procedures.
- Manage with Agency Strategy and Transformation Manager to coordinate agency KPIs and service levels.
