Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • STRATEGIC MARKET ANALYSIS AND EXPANSION : Conduct comprehensive market analys i s to identify profitable international markets for expansion. Evaluate regulatory landscapes, competitive dynamics, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Tailored Sales Strategies : Develop sales strategies tailored to each target market, encompassing pricing optimization, distribution channel selection, and promotional tactics to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Operational Excellence : C reate operational efficiencies through the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring seamless execution and compliance with international regulations across diverse markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : C reate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and industry partner s.
  • Product Positioning : Serve as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, staying informed of scientific advancements and regulatory developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven Execution : Execute sales strategies with precision and efficiency , monitoring performance metrics, conducting sales forecast s , and implementing continuous optimization initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all international regulatory requirements governing the sale and distribution of medical cannabis products, navigating complex licensing, import/export regulations, and product registration processes.

    and Development : Drive negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions, balancing the needs of stakeholders while safeguarding the interests of the company. Work closely with legal counsel to review and develop contracts, ensuring the parameters are mutually beneficial and align to the company’s objectives .
