The Job
Optinova is growing a Marketing and Sales Operations function and we are now looking for the VP of Marketing & Sales Operations who will lead this global function to meet customer’s needs and the company’s commercial and financial goals.
As Optinovas VP Marketing & Sales Operations you will:
- Be a member of the Optinova Group Extended Executive Management Team (EET)
- Lead the Optinova Global Marketing and Sales Operations function including Marketing Communication and Sales Operation and Excellence.
- Develop and manage the company brand.
- Develop the promotion and communication strategy and activities to support the commercial organisation and meet our commercial goals.
- Support the sales org by developing and implementing sales operations and excellence processes and tools to meet our commercial goals.
- Drive sales excellence and growth programs with the commercial organisation.
- Implement and manage the CRM system and supporting processes.
- Manage relationships with external marketing vendors.

To succeed in this role we believe you have:
- Experience leading a B2B marketing or sales operations function.
- Experience leading a CRM implementation or development project.
- Experience developing sales operations and excellence programs.
- Experience working in an international company.
- Experience leading people from various cultural backgrounds.
- Master’s degree in marketing, international business or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Swedish is a merit.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
If you have experience from working abroad and with external marking vendors or agencies it is a merit.
