Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has 5+ years experience in a Senior Director/VP or C-level role responsible for Customer Service or Customer Success within a fast-paced, customer-centric marketing and sales organization
  • Has demonstrated results in improving revenue in business-to-business sales
  • Can translate a Customer vision into actionable business plans
  • Has a track record of improving operational metrics like churn and contraction, revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Can influence at a stakeholder, board and company level
  • Is an extremely organized, disciplined, hands-on and process-oriented leader who is not afraid of digging into details
  • Has strong leadership skills and is able to motivate teams
  • Speaks fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Bring our Customers’ vision to life by leveraging the full potential of the SALESmanago platform.
  • Optimize & manage Customer Journey to maximize the value delivered to Customers by reaching their business goals in a lean way
  • Re-engineer Professional Services onboarding
  • Drive up Customer’s engagement & satisfaction
  • Drive revenue growth among existing Customers
  • Deliver the best Customer Experience & Support possible
  • Develop upsell strategies as part of the Customer Journey
  • Influence and work closely with product development to ensure product optimisation that meets current and future Customer needs
  • Lead the entire Customer function - including any restructuring and setting up of new teams
  • Creating a safe, energizing, diverse and high performing work environment that maximizes team productivity and attracts the best talent
  • Complete responsibility for driving strategic change across the business and within their lifecycles through our business roadmapping and OKR processes
  • Complete responsibility for implementing SALESmanago management operating system within their team and aligning with the leadership team to set clear expectations, accountability and maximize performance
