Description:

Your work will range from customer-focused development to workflow automation and internal tools to help our team and customers have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Architecting our Engineering Team (Hiring & Team Management)
- Supporting your team currently consisting of 12 people in their career development (Performance Reviews + Development Talks)
- Facilitating high level of communication and collaboration between our Squads, technical teams and generally within Product & Engineering
- Providing necessary structures and processes in collaboration with our Product team to ensure efficient feature delivery within a growing team
- Representing our Engineering Department internally as part of our Leadership Team and externally toward Stakeholder and reporting directly to the CEO
- Collaborating with our Product and business teams to define an overall strategy for our products and platform
- Providing strategic direction for our Engineering department when it comes to our technical architecture
