YOUR MISSION

• Manage and oversee the finance department, as well as financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;
• Lead financial accounting and preparation of annual statements for 3 legal entities in collaboration with an external tax advisor;
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls, and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations;
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks, regulations, and industry standards by reviewing contracts, agreements, and corporate policies to identify potential risks and ensure alignment with legal requirements;
• Provide oversight and support for legal operations, including contract management, compliance, and risk management;
• Manage shareholder- and board relations, including monthly shareholder reporting;
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and support the leadership team in decision-making;
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Human Resources, Strategic Engagements, and Business Development, to support cross-functional initiatives.
