POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President of Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing financial strategies to support the company’s overall objectives. The VP Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, driving efficient budgeting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

EDUCATION:
