With a strong presence in Singapore and China, they are hiring a newly created permanent role of a VP of Growth (Web3) as an integral part of their expansion plans here in Singapore.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the optimization of business processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and maximizing overall productivity. You will play a key role in integrating cutting-edge blockchain technology and supply chain management solutions into the operations.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 space.
• Develop comprehensive long-term strategies that position the organisation for success.
• Develop and maintain robust risk management strategies to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and mitigate potential threats within the blockchain landscape.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, capitalizing on emerging trends in the blockchain industry.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge developments in the Web3 ecosystem, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
