Responsibilities:

• Ensure early product success in the market by developing scaled programs and content to drive engagement, pipeline, and ACV.
• Build and supervise success metrics for programs.
• Synthesize the needs across regions and industries to build and scale components that can act as multipliers across distribution channels and market segments.
• Partner with the Product Marketing, Enablement, and POP teams to develop and deliver internal training and scale content and resources.
• AI transformation and thought leadership. Support Salesforce, partner, and industry speaking events as required.
• Support cross-cloud product launches and GTM in all regions. Educate and provide learning support to our Distributors, CSG, and partners at the C-Suite. Coordinate and evaluate language-specific requirements for Einstein One Copilots and Einstein AI platforms

Customer Engagement Responsibilities:

• Deal support as an AI subject matter authority
• Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to driv
