Description:
Our Renewables team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
Experienced strategist able to strategically frame the development of a multi-GW pipeline of renewables business via organic growth and via partnerships/M&A.
- Lead the Strategy and Market Positioning team responsible to create the long term renewables strategy and business model for Uniper as well as the underlying long term business plan to create investment opportunities of more than 1 GW p.a.
- Drive the business strategy for new markets and technologies, namely hybrid (wind and solar) generation, on-site battery storage solutions, Agri-PV, Skywind and Offshore-Wind
- Lead in-depth research and analysis of market dynamics, trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision making and market positioning of business initiatives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of renewables cost structures and translate market, industry and technology trends into actionable insights to inform performance management and business innovation
- Stay abreast, anticipate and assess regulatory developments, policies and legislation impacting the renewables energy industry in close collaboration with Uniper’s Governmental Relations teams
- Position Uniper Renewables in the market, towards targeted employees, renewables developers, landowners, corporate offtakers and asset investors
- Implement comprehensive communication strategies to convey the company’s market positioning in close collaboration with Uniper’s Corporate Communication teams
- Be a role model for Uniper’s values and drive optimal cooperation within the renewables team, consisting of developers, engineers, project, contract and offtake managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners
- Report to the Senior Vice President – Strategy and Business Development, Uniper Renewable
