Description:

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A WICKED SMART TALENT LEADER TO BUILD A COMPETITIVE PEOPLE ADVANTAGE AT PANDORA, IS THAT YOU?

We are looking for a VP of Talent to shape and implement programs that will help us develop and retain high-performing employees within Pandora. The leader in this position plays a critical part in shaping the company’s culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational success through effective talent management practices.
You will be overseeing the global talent agenda, and your scope of responsibility will include various areas such as talent philosophy development, succession planning, organizational design, learning and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

SOME OF YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE:

  • Being an outstanding leader and building a highly competent, effective, and collaborative talent function.
  • Implementing a comprehensive talent philosophy aligned with Pandora’s mission, vision, and values – while collaborating with senior leadership to integrate talent initiatives into overall business strategies.
  • Establish mentoring, coaching, and succession planning programs to develop future leaders and enable strategic moves across our business.
  • Co-design the organizational development approach aligned to business goals.
  • Co-design and implement employee and leadership development programs to enhance skills, capabilities, and career growth opportunities aligned with our acquisition team.
  • Monitor and report on DEI metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement e.g. accountable for our gender parity targets.

TEAM-PLAYER WITH STRONG INFLUENCING AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

To succeed in this role, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels. You have an enterprise mindset and can leverage your experience to work effectively with our Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.

In addition to being a thought leader you will have a hands-on approach to effectively manage and deploy multiple projects and training activities that come your way. You will demonstrate:

  • Ability to know what great talent practices look like and can translate this into business outcomes.
  • Known for building cohesive and high-performing teams.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with multiple Talent Management and Value Creation methodologies
  • Strong understanding of cultural competence, unconscious bias, and systemic barriers
  • Excellent demonstrated knowledge of talent practices, and a broad understanding and experience in learning and development, capability building solutions.
