Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, we are seeking someone who will be responsible working with Dealer network operations within Perth as well as regional area’s, and managing the WA Sales team. The capacity to secure strong business development growth outcomes is essential to the position.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Sales Team development
- Business development & growth
- Customer focus support initiatives
- People management
- Ensuring that Top Line and Margin Sales budgets and targets are met
- Review, monitor and prepare annual call plans
- Marketing analysis and support
- Support with development and implementation of company Sales strategie
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution business in the residential and commercial building sector.
- 3 years in relevant leadership position.
- Track record in developing sustainable long-term customer relationships and networks.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop and meet operational budgets and targets.
- Well-developed strategic and long term planning skills.
- A good understanding of the HVAC industry is preferred but not essential.
- Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Planning & business development skill
