Description:
Mid and South Essex NHS Trust are recruiting for the Stroke Unit.
You will be responsible for the clerical activities which support the efficient functioning of the Stroke Unit. We have high standards of professional behavior that you will be expected to maintain.
Good communication and team working skills are essential to this position.
You will be front of house, working in a very busy outpatient reception area. Dealing with patients face to face and over the telephone.
Good telephone manner, good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in written format.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Working on own initiative.
Understand the importance of confidentiality and the implications of non-compliance.
Organisational Skills.
Previous demonstrable experience dealing with the public in a service environment.
English GCSE, NVQ3 or equivalent level of relevant experience.
Numerate and literate.
Previous demonstrable experience dealing with the public in a service environment.
Previous experience of data entry.
