Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s Forensic Services. The successful applicant will be appointed to support the Humber Centre and Pineview wards as a Ward Clerk.
The post holder will work as an essential member of the admin team and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive and high-quality service.
Providing administrative support to clinical teams and support services within standard administrative procedures.
You will contribute to the planning and development of the service/department as a member of the Forensics Admin team.

Provide secretarial support to non-medical staff in the day to day running of the ward

  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers and EPR
  • Process and store records, transcribe and type up formal minutes
  • Responsible for ward petty cash and support to patient Banking
  • Checking/ordering of ward supplies, stationery, and goods
  • General office duties
