Description:
An opportunity has arisen for Ward Clerk to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual with excellent communication and administrative skills to work as part of the team.
You will be responsible for greeting our patients, families, and visitors. IT skills are necessary and knowledge of Quadramed system would be beneficial, but training will be given. The successful candidate will enhance our team to maintain the highest standards of record keeping in line with data protection have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organisation.
We have a part time position available. Flexibility is essential to cover the enclosed weekly working patterns.
Monday – 9am-3pm
Tuesday – 7am-1pm
Wednesday 12pm-6pm
Friday – 1pm-6pm

To provide a professional and courteous “front of house” service for all staff and visitors utilising the facilities provided by the unit at Lancashire Teaching Hospital, always acting in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to requests for information promptly and efficiently using a variety of communication methods, ensuring that Trust Customer Service standards are adhered to. Ensure information is accurate and meets Trust Standards regarding delivering information.
