MANAGERS & ADMIN OFFICERS GRADE 1A (HS1A)
We are looking for a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Ward Clerk in the Maternity & Gynaecology Unit. This role requires a strong focus on patient liaison and reception support to the Maternity & Gynaecology team. The position will include a range of computer work including data entry and electronic diary and patient management, reception duties and clerical duties as assigned, and filing, report generation and distribution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sound knowledge of office procedures and reception skills
- Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills
- Keyboard skills and data entry experience
- Solid computer skills, with proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office products.
- Experienced in the use of IPM, Oracle and hospital database systems.
- Capacity to undertake training in new patient management programs
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to confidentiality requirements of the organisation
- Experience in the use of VINAH would be considered advantageous.
