Description:
Our fantastic Medical Escalation Ward A1, Stepping Hill Hospital is looking for a Ward Clerk to come and join our successful team.
Ward A1 is a 24 bedded ward that is fast-paced but offers great satisfaction.
It is an area constantly developing with excellent learning and development opportunities. Our team is very welcoming; if you fancy a new challenge, this could be your role.
Filing - tracking and ordering of medical case notes.
Answering queries not only over the phone but in person as well.
Helping the multidisciplinary team with the information they require.
Booking of transport; promptly for appointments or discharge.
Chasing urgent scans or appointments that will support earlier discharges.
Ordering of office supplies and ward supplies.
The post holder must have good experience in IT systems.
