We are looking for a professional senior or experienced nurse to join our friendly team, who can lead, inspire and oversee the delivery of the best care as a Ward Manager at one of our three wards at Chichester Low Secure Centre.
Chichester Centre is located in Chichester, the centre of West Sussex which provides excellent road and public transport connections to London. The most prominent road in the area is the A27 coast road which connects Eastbourne to Southampton.
You will enjoy a range of healthcare and financial benefits to support you to be happy both in and out of work.
We value our nursing workforce in the Forensic Healthcare Service. There are many opportunities for personal development and experience within our wide range of services.
Our service provides a recovery pathway of safe and effective care and treatment within a low secure environment whose mental health needs and risk behaviours require specialist forensic intervention in order for them to reach their full potential.
We aim to provide a holistic approach to health care, maximise social inclusion and community re-integration, providing assessment and treatment, ensuring that service users are managed in the least restrictive environment.
We invite you to apply now to join our compassionate team, where every day is an opportunity to make a difference.

Being curious, creative, self-aware and assertive are important skills that you will build on, as you are often required to think outside the box’.
We play a crucial part in supporting and advocating service users towards recovery, while maintaining the legal requirements within the MHA and of public protection.
