Description:

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- A skilled administrator with experience in customer facing roles or in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- An effective communicator with a strong sense of customer service and a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisation skills in both computerised and paper-based systems
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate experience in Excel
- 2+ years of experience in operations administration or a similar role preferred
- Third level qualification desirable but not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be currently living in Ireland and hold a valid work permit
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse administration.
- Coordinate customer collections through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure prompt and efficient customer collections
- Use ERP and WMS systems to assign orders to warehouse personnel
- Create delivery partner manifests using Microsoft Excel
- Input delivery details into our UK delivery partner’s online portal
- Contribute to enhancing the performance of the warehouse team through continuous improvement efforts
- Investigate and address delivery discrepancies and customer concerns
- Communicate with the customer experience and accounts departments regarding service and delivery inquiries
