Description:

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Warehouse Administrative Clerk on a permanent part-time basis for our Logistics team.
This position requires on-site work and is based at our Distribution Centre in Edmonton, Alberta .
Hours of Work: Monday 9:30 AM -6:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (please note the successful candidate must have flexibility up to 40 hours a week for coverage).

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Have one (1) year of related experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, schedule inbound and outbound carriers, call carriers for pick up, and prepare timecards.
  • Key receiving, orders, enclosures, and shipping exceptions.
  • Drop orders at designated time, complete routing changes and monitor changes as required.
  • Print various reports including truck loads, invoices, bills of lading, shipping receiving license plates, dangerous goods, etc.
  • Review order status and revisions prior to the closure of routes, and close routes and compile required paperwork for shipment.
  • Complete general filing duties and collaborate with the Dispatch, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
  • Provide backup services in other Transportation Customer Service Unit (TCSU) sections and other duties as required.
