Job Description:
As Inventory Analyst, you will be part of a team that are responsible for inventory accountability and management within the warehouse. You will be controlling the day-to-day inventory operations while implementing an agreed-upon inventory control. Objective of the role is to assist the warehouse operations and ensure high inventory accuracy to support and maximize the efficiently for the warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Investigate daily inventory discrepancies and errors.
  • Prepare and conduct regular cycle counting activities for the cycle counting plan for the calendar year.
  • Assist with stock quarantine, damage review, disposal, credit and returns inventory management.
  • Maintain records of inventory adjustments and approvals.
  • Provide analytical support and develop and maintain reports for metric collection.
  • Work with business planning teams on their inventory requirements.
  • Develop SOPs within the scope of warehouse and inventory management.
  • Participate in audits to provide evidence of compliance with inventory and financial policies and procedures.
  • Create wave building for customer order shipments.
  • Participate in internal and external Audits to ensure inventory processes are followed, and that inventory accuracy is maintained at acceptable levels and tolerances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management related field.
  • Min. 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • To be able to operate and navigate SAP EWM or other WMS.
  • Good team player, effective communication, and strong planning organization to support problem solving.
