We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful leader with at least three years of leadership experience managing warehouse crews in manufacturing, distribution, and transportation environments.
The role of the 2 Towns Warehouse Manager requires the ability to make decisions, particularly when under pressure, trustworthiness, empowerment of others, clear communication, bringing diverse perspectives together to accomplish shared goals, and resilience.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 21 or older
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Able to lift and move 50lbs or more, by hand or with a hand truck
  • Able to kneel and stoop occasionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite of products
  • Five or more years of assembly line, warehouse, packaging, light industrial work or other relevant managerial experience

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the day-to-day flow and activities of the warehouse, including receiving inbound inventory, staging outbound inventory, accurate accounting of stored inventory, and coordination of distributor returns.

  • Coordinate the movement of materials and products between various locations, including on-site warehouses and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to various locations.

  • Supervise the Shipping & Receiving team by monitoring their production and work habits as a coach and mentor to help them reach their peak performance.
  • Participate in the warehouse team’s recruitment, development, training, and retention.
  • Make decisions, problem-solve, prioritize assignments, and direct your team in an ever-changing warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate with other Team Managers to facilitate efficient operations across all departments.
  • Train and enforce quality control standards that align with company safety programs, safety rules, and compliance with all government regulations, including OSHA requirements.
