Warehouse Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to [weight] lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring easy accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment by following established housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
