Job Title: Warehouse assistant
Reports to: Distribution Team Leader
Group / Division: PSG / Drug Substance division
Position Location: Brisbane, Australia
This job handles Inbound and outbound activities in the warehouse, material movement to departments, stock takes, reconciliation and sampling activities as well as providing back-up support to both the Warehouse Coordinator and Procurement Team Lead when they are away or on annual leave.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Warehouse certification or similar.
  • SAP (or other ERP) system experience.
  • GDP (Good Distribution practice) and GMP
  • Inventory and materials management experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
  • Valid Forklift and MR Truck License

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Proficient in English, both in oral and written communication

  • Cycle counts as per SOP requirement.
