Order Picker
Shift: 8AM – 4:30PM
Hourly Rate: $21.00/hr
Location: Leslie & St. John’s Sideroad (Aurora)

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for picking, packing, putting away stock and stock replenishment. All tasks must be completed accurately, safely, within warehouse KPIs and standards and working cooperatively with others following company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Live within 30km of company
• 3 year experience in distribution, or similar manufacturing environment (no unionized company’s)
• Demonstrated safety experience for self and others in a fast-paced work environment
• Attention to numerical accuracy and other details
• Strong written and spoken English skills for clear communications
• Able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Must pass criminal background check – no exceptions

• Picking and packing orders in a timely manner
• Completing inventory maintenance (cycle counts)
• Verifying inbound/outbound shipments with attention to detail
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas using all PPE and following all safety practices
• Work collaboratively with all team members
