Job Summary: In this position you will perform a wide variety of warehouse functions, focusing on order pulling/fulfillment.
Hours - 6:00 am - 6:45 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to use arms/hands/fingers to pick/pull parts.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, reach, push and pull.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience.

  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
  • Must be able to read specifications, notices, pick lists, and notifications.
  • Must understand the basics of a team environment as well as working independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be able to handle inventory verification and upkeep through computer system

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to read/interpret/understand purchase orders, part numbers and pick lists.
  • Must be able to safely operate industrial forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Must be able to pull/pick parts using a pick list or purchase order.
  • Must be able to learn warehouse set up - parts location whether stored in bins or on shelves.
  • Must be able to use tablet or computer to input or retrieve data relative to warehouse function.
  • Must be familiar with inventory software. (Epicor preferred but SAP acceptable.
  • Must be able to communicate with immediate supervisor to report any mistakes found, inconsistencies in inventory or stock.
  • Must be able to problem solve in order to correct inventory errors in the data base using inventory software systems.
