YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the hunt for a full time Customer Care Consultant to join our small but close-knit team in Roxby Downs SA.
In this key role you will be working across both our Trade Store and Warehouse. You’ll be the face of our business, serving customers and driving operations across the warehouse and branch. No two days will ever be the same in this diverse role so we’re looking for a customer focused all-rounder who is happy to get stuck in and help in all areas, and most importantly someone who loves providing exceptional customer service!

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Serving customers face to face and via phone/email, follow up requests and ETA’s on backorders
  • Maintaining the presentation of our Trade Store and Warehouse, keeping stock, pricing, and promotional displays current
  • Receiving, sorting and labelling incoming goods, recording them in our systems correctly
  • Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
  • Offsite stock delivery and ordering, providing support at customer sites
  • Operate machinery to assist with the daily requirements of warehouse

To be successful, you will have:

  • Recent customer service experience or trade counter role an advantage
  • Driver’s license, unrestricted “C” class minimum, Forklift licence desired (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office products desirable
  • An understanding and commitment to Safety
  • Knowledge of industrial and safety products would be an advantage
  • Good personal presentation, a ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and with a team
