YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree with a focus on supply chain, production management or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including warehousing
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant warehousing technologies, applications, and processes
  • Digital mindset and knowledge of innovative technologies to successfully drive the supply chain in the digital age
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and address technical issues effectively
  • Project management skills to steer complex transformation projects
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English language to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences

Responsibilities:

  • You will be Application Owner of the Warehouse management system (WMS) of one of our biggest, fully automated warehouses worldwide for Henkel Consumer Brands
  • You will have ownership of an application and decision power of the application roadmap (e.g., enhancements) & responsibility of the application compliance
  • You secure the application compliance with applicable external and internal regulations
  • You identify and capture best practices in warehouse and WMS processes through all stakeholders
  • You lead automation and digitalization implementation projects
  • You identify and coordinate needed WMS change requests incl. budgeting, Purchase order and invoice handling
  • You are accountable to ensure WMS related Operational technology security/incident management applied and followed (incl. Service level agreements, Key performance indicators and escalation levels)
  • You are responsible for continuous improvement of the warehouse processes
