SKILLS AND EDUCATION

• The candidate we are looking for has a suitable degree, relevant work experience and is fluent in English. You are solution-oriented and can work in a complex and changing environment.
• As a person do you have a high motivation to learn, a multicultural mindset and great communication skills. You have integrity and are a rigorous and reliable team player. You can also follow instructions and solve your tasks in a structured way.
• The candidate must have a license for a forklift car. It would also be considered a plus if railway experience and/or are familiar with our products and Danish.

• Record and retrieve information related to supply/logistics including receiving documents and data for input and complete the established input procedures.
• Control the documentation from Alstom suppliers with their deliveries.
• Organize various transport requests to workshops, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure data correctness in the ERP system. (SAP)
• Participate in inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Follow EHS & quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Feeding parts correctly to ensure production line.
• Perform the cycle counting of inventory and make sure parts is on the correct address.
