Description:

SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY, 7AM - 6PM

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Refer to daily order schedules to determine labour & space requirements
  • Lead, manage and Organise Stock Intake/Dispatch, ensuring daily targets are met and customer orders are fulfilled to the highest quality standards
  • Responsible for reporting and providing written reports regarding any damage or broken machinery to the Operations Leader
  • Work alongside Operational leads to monitor and continuously improve efficiencies to reduce loss through lean efficiencies, resource planning & identify training gaps
  • Using industry best practises to monitor and drive the performance of colleagues to ensure KPI and objectives are met
  • Deputise for the Operation Leaders when required
  • Monitor working areas to ensure “clean as you go” procedure is maintained at all times & promote a Health & Safety culture, Quality focused Culture
  • Provide effective, safe, accurate of stock management controls
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate management and closure of PR2/PR3
  • Attend & lead stock audits and provide support to Operational leads during Projects
  • Support the Operational leader with safety/quality /efficiencies /reducing cost and HR matters
  • Support & Action GMP Audit Actions at all times

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Warehouse Line Leader you will lead, manage, motivate and organise the Production line to ensure that daily production targets are achieved and daily orders are fully satisfied to the highest quality and standards.
