Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join ANDY as a Warehouse Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing warehouse operations, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods in the transportation sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and implementing warehouse best practices that directly contribute to the success of our transportation and supply chain services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
  • Implement and enforce efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and organization for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet overall company goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse-related issues promptly.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
