The mission of Cellistic/ Ncardia is to understand human iPSC and developmental biology and harness this knowledge to develop and manufacture iPSC therapeutics that significantly improve patient outcomes. Within our Cell Therapy team in Mont-Saint-Guibert (Belgium) there is a position immediately available for a Warehouse Manager. We are an enthusiastic, skilled, and committed international team in which everyone has the opportunity to make a decisive contribution.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering) preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse management within a GMP-regulated environment, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
  • Thorough understanding of GMP guidelines and regulations, with a strong focus on documentation practices and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team in a GMP environment.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with ERP systems for inventory control and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in compliance with GMP requirements.

Responsibilities:

GMP Compliance: Enforce adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory standards throughout all warehouse activities, including storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel, including training on GMP requirements, scheduling, and performance management.
Inventory Control: Implement robust inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels, proper labeling, and segregation of materials, in line with GMP principles.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory transactions, including material receipts, transfers, and disposals, in compliance with GMP documentation standards.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to perform regular audits and inspections of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and addressing any non-conformances.
Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely receipt of materials, verify documentation, and conduct quality checks in accordance with GMP standards.
Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to maximize space utilization while maintaining GMP-compliant storage conditions for materials.
Material Handling: Oversee proper handling and transportation of materials within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines for cleanliness, sanitation, and segregation of materials.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and calibration of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and storage racks, to ensure proper functioning and compliance with GMP requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in warehouse operations, implement corrective actions, and participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
