Description:
The Group Africa Marketing group of agencies, consisting of EXP, The GrindPR and Turnkey Logistics is looking for a warehouse manager to manage the group’s warehouse, logistics and branding operation based in Linbro Park.
You will be responsible to provide daily management and delivery of the facility, ensuring an efficient, effective and profitable service to the group and to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Warehouse/logistics qualification and/or a minimum of five years of experience in a similar managerial position
Project management diploma
Experience with OHS compliance and rating and First Aid is advantageous
Experience in staff management
Experience in branding, merchandise and events logistics
Strong administrative experience
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle is essential
Able to work long hours and on weekends
Willing to get your hands dirty, make a plan and get things done
Able to work in a pressured, client-focused, deadline-driven environmen

Responsibilities:
Ensure all warehouse rules, regulations and processes are adhered to at all times
Ensure all crew members adhere to the warehouse and operational rules and regulations
Check all stock for damages, fading or other, before issuing, on return and in conjunction with crew members
Update the online stock programme daily
Ensure loading/offloading times are scheduled and communicated
Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are carried out as per OHS act, complete safety checks as and when required
Ensure administrative processes linked to events are correct, up to date and according to requirements
Vehicle maintenance
Supervise regular cleaning of the facility
Conduct regular stock checks
Do the right thing at the right time in the right manner to the high standards expected
